Call themselves a family dental practice but don’t take on nhs patients who are children!
I can not praise this practice enough. Zoe on the phone is an absolute angel and has certainly booked her place in heaven for the way she helped us out and managed to get my son in as we were visiting from New Zealand. Mairead the dentist was fantastic she went out of her way to organise script from the pharmacy and we weren't charged a fortune. Thank you so much
Shocking. Been a patient all my life but because I havnt been in few years they won't see me. And the girl on the phone couldn't care less if all my teeth fell out tomorrow. I didn't receive a letter saying I would be taken off the list if I didn't see anyone in a time frame! If this is how they treat someone who was there as a kid and is now 30 God help new people to the practice.
Robert and his team are brilliant !!!! Had a previous bad experience with a dentist ( no names ) and was referred to Robert.... Without doubt the BEST dentist in the Country, makes you feel at ease, explains what he is doing and the results are outstanding ( with no pain ) can't thank him and his team enough.....
