I had my first appointment with the practise and Aneeta Babu yesterday and she was fantastic. Friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions/ease my nerves as I am a bit of a nervous patient! Thorough clean and check done along with x-rays. Receptionist and other staff all helpful also!
I recently visited this practice and experienced poor service. The reception staff were friendly but the overall experience was very disappointing. The male dentist was unprofessional rude and awful at communicating based in room 1. I needed a root canal but he did not examine my teeth properly and instead provided a filling which had made my condition worse and lil no pain relief while doing it. A routine dental health check was not offered. I have since changed dentists and the service has been unreal compared to here. I strongly advise against visiting this practice unless you want butc…

Done the clean was told oh come back in 3 months we will do another £80 clean then do the two fillings. That was just over a month ago, today I attended another dentist who actually looked at my teeth properly and listened, and said you could see the impacted teeth at back were clearly decayed, and then done an x-ray (which was never done at this practice) which then showed they were c…
