Drama! After over 40 phone calls to arrange a visit, no one picks up the phone. The next day, the lady at the reception, answering the phone 3 minutes after starting work, explains that there is no emergency visit anymore. Explaining to her that she wants to pay privately for the entire service, she said that maybe I should look elsewhere. I do not recommend it and I wish the head of the clinic good luck if they hire such receptionists, who I am convinced cheat patients (saying that there is no visit) who want to give you money

Almost 3 years ago, I had gum aching, then one of my top, front teeth fell out. I phoned them to register, was told that I would have to wait for an appointment with the dentist. This appointment would be in 3 months time. Ok. If I had not heard in this time, to phone again. My initial approach was to ask them if I could simply call in and fill in a registration form. I explained to them that I had registered previously through this method. We have never done this, I said that I begged to differ. I was a registered patient years ago. Did not have the need for dental treatment until recently. I logged into their system to re apply for registration ages ago. Over this last 6 months, I have been advised that my registration was not ahem registered.? Subsequently I was told that on 2 occasions 6 months ago, and 3 months ago that I would have to wait for approximately 3 months to see a dentist. Still waiting. They have my phone number and address. I requested that all my teeth be taken out and replaced by dentures. A very low expense process. I believe the problem is I am on benefit.

Shocking. Had a filling put in an since then nothing but pain have had 2 emergency appointments since and it's worse every time. Will have to go back for a fourth time. The fact that I have to keep going back for the same issue is disgusting a so called qualified dentist can't fix a tooth is questionable
