Ended up waiting close to 3 years for braces due to covid backlog but staff were the absolute dream, i have quite bad dental anxiety and they were so understanding and explained everything to me. 4 stars because of the wait but i get that.

Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. We have been waiting 3 years for the appointment, only to be told that my son’s treatment won’t be covered by NHS, so privately it’s £5-6K. In the letter to the dentist however is mentioned that my son isn’t concerned about his teeth and we’re refusing the treatment. What a lie!

Had to cancel my consultation for Invisalign due to coming down with Covid and I was devastated as I was keen to start treatment. I was told by the practise manager that because I cancelled I had to go back on a waiting list and that waiting list was 1 year long. Didn't give me much information and they were not friendly at all. I have to drive a lot further now which is very inconvenient but I have started Invisalign treatment with another Orthodontist who is much friendlier, seems more experienced and didn't charge a fee for a consultation like Belmont

Sent my daughter in to get impressions for her retainer and what a nightmare,the orthodontist put in the tray to her bottom jaw and she couldn't remove it when it had hardened. She tried several times leaving my daughter crying and in pain 😢 she then proceeded to tell my daughter if she can get the tray in she can certainly get it out which served no comfort to my daughter. Now my daughter jaw is continually clicking and has been in pain from Friday up until now never ever will I be recommending this company to anyone . Please go elsewhere wish I did
