Thankfully I've only ever had to visit for check ups rather than anything more serious, but the staff are always friendly and courteous. Also the wait times have always been short, if there's a wait at all.
I visited Ballysillan Dental Centre for a check-up after a two-year gap and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who gets anxious about dental visits, the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Receptionist Kelly greeted me with a warm, pleasant manner that immediately put me at ease. Dr. David Micklethwaite was both gentle and thorough, taking time to discuss treatment planning and addressing my concerns about not having had a cleaning in two years.
