I had an appointment with the hygienist, Harry, and he was absolutely fantastic. He provided a thorough and holistic overview of my dental health, taking the time to explain everything clearly and offering several helpful recommendations to improve my oral hygiene. He was very reassuring throughout the appointment. The whole team is incredibly welcoming and professional. From reception with Jemma and Vanessa, who made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. I definitely recommend this practice to others.
My husband and I have had extensive dental work done over the last few years at Define, and I can highly recommend the whole team! Great receptionists, nurses, hygienists and dentists make for a relaxed but very professional approach to all aspects of dentistry. On this occasion I saw Harry; an affable character that chatted as if I’d know him for years; good humoured and willing to distract you with videos or music of your choice whilst administering treatment. He is also the most competent and thorough hygienist I’ve ever had anywhere! Thanks, Harry!
I have had many hygiene appoints with my own dentist , but today I tried define clinic in Beaconsfield with Hygenist Harry and can only say was my best ever hygiene clean. Harry took so much time with me to explain what was happening throughout the procedure and also at the end explained how to improve with brushing my teeth. My teeth have had the best clean ever was very impressed with the whole experience. The dental staff in Define are so professional and friendly would highly recommend.
Define Dental has become my happy place! The surgery is beautiful, calm and welcoming. Every member of staff I have met here is friendly, professional and reassuring. I had the best results I’ve ever experienced after my hygienist appointment with Harry! Harry was amazing, he put me at ease instantly and explained everything clearly before and during the treatment. After my initial consultation with Dr Tinkler, I feel completely confident and looking forward to my treatment in the new year. Highly recommend!
