If you’re looking for a thorough and patient-centered dental experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding the male dentist with the last name Lee. The entire appointment made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The consultation felt very mechanical, as if he was simply following certain procedures rather than actually engaging with me as a patient. He only said what he wanted to say, without taking the time to listen. When I tried to ask follow-up questions about my condition, he dismissed my concerns by saying it wasn’t an emergency and that I should ask my general dentist. To me, it felt …

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. [Dal/Dol] was very disappointing. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude made me feel very uncomfortable — he looked at me with disgust and didn’t show any empathy or reassurance. I’ve been to many dentists before because I have ongoing dental issues, but I’ve never met anyone who behaved like this. Instead of calming me down, he actually made me feel worse.
