Patient reviews
★★★☆☆ 2.6 from 58 reviews
Receptionists are extremely unprofessional and do not care. They should all hang their heads in absolute shame. What makes it worse is this behaviour is obviously continuing even after many years of extremely bad reviews so the doctors are complicit in this extraordinary method of surgery suicide. It's obvious that this practice should be on special measures!!!!
SHARON at reception is very rude, surprised she’s still there, asks all your symptoms and then decides if you can have an appointment or not , not surprised to see so many bad reviews they should read them and try improving their services , dr Zia is always so miserable never smiles and hurries your appointment. The only nice staff there is Claire at reception.
Recently experience very rude service from one of the nurses here, this has been the catalyst for me moving to a different surgery as I have put up with terrible patient care for almost 10 years here. This week was the final straw when the nurse was rude antagonistic and defamatory. Aside from one of the reception staff most of the admin team are polite and empathetic to your circumstances.
I booked an appointment with Dr Sohail Akram and he was very rude I was suffering from a UTI and saviour pain in both my kidneys and ribs and he said You don’t need any medicine. He didn’t take me seriously. I will book another appointment with someone else and the receptionist is also very rude she was ignoring every patient. She was just showing to be very busy
