I have been with the practice for a number of years. Dr. Patel has been excellent. He always discusses what treatment he is proposing and makes sure that I am happy. Nurses are great and there is always a nice welcome from reception staff!
It's not like you even giving me the treatment for free I'm paying for your time and it's not cheap very expensive. What part am I not understanding or getting you've told me I can have treatment done there in spite the fact you've been messing me about for the last three months and yet now you think you're just going to wash your hands of me I want to make a formal complaint I want that formal complaint investigated and if I'm not happy with the outcome I will go to ombudsman. Been coming to your dentist now for 2 years always a 5 star service . The staff are all so lovely and friendly. Always seen on time of my appointment never kept waiting . Clean and comfortable waiting area to 😊
Wonderful staff. A sanctuary of calm for the dentally fearful! I had an extraction with intravenous sedation and thankfully knew nothing about it. Reasonable prices, professional, kind and experienced dentists. Thank you.
