I needed several extractions and root treatments, and I recently had my new front teeth fitted with Dr Szabo at Queen Square Dental Practice, I couldn't be happier with the results. The initial consultation and the whole process was very thorough, they used a 3D scanner instead of messy impressions, which was a huge plus as I never quite coped with the old-style impressions. Ilina and Sally at reception were always helpful with finding available slots to fit my busy schedule and the whole process was straight forward. My new smile has given me so much confidence!

I have never felt compelled to leave a review for an NHS healthcare service before, but I was genuinely surprised by the experience I had at this practice. I chose to register with Queens Square Dental after searching extensively for an NHS dentist, but unfortunately my visit was completely unsettling. My initial appointment felt rushed and unprofessional. The dentist did not seem willing to listen or answer my questions, and I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. Poor dental practice, the dentist claimed my retainer hadn't broken, and that I was imagining the pain. She then argued with me, saying that it is my toothpaste (which I haven't changed for years) causing the issue, and not the broken retainer that I felt break on a hard piece of food. I went to another practice, and the dentist immediately identified and fixed the broken retainer, with immediate resolution of symptoms.
