Dr Ewa Dickinson gave me a tooth implant after my tooth was damaged. I felt very safe and cared for, as she explained everything and did a perfect job even with my odd shaped roots. I took one star off because it is very expensive. The service was superb and the result is as good as new, but it wouldn't be accessible to everyone.
When I first went to this practice I was seen by Jiten as an NHS patient (he was excellent).. Then it switched to being private and I was given a lady dentist (with no consultation). I joined their scheme paying monthly for approximately two years but appointments kept getting cancelled and I felt I was not getting the service I was paying for. I have left and joined another practice and (lo and behold) I have needed four fillings! One of my teeth at the back practically needed rebuilding. £700 which will take me a long time to recover from.
A fantastic practice... EWA especially for implants. Ewa is phenomenal, with an infectious enthusiasm and dedication at a level that you rarely see in any profession nowadays. She diagnosed problems, and saved me from untold discomfort and pain in the coming years. Ewa has given me several implants, all but one resulted in some discomfort but ZERO pain for the rest of the day. The next day I was not even aware I had an implant. Only one implant resulted in very low level pain that day, and small discomfort the following day. I am NOT a fast healer nowadays, I am 67, so I put it down to…
I’ve recently moved to Bath and feel lucky to have already found such a great local dentist! Kelly and her colleague were brilliant. Clear in explaining each step, very thorough, and made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated the friendly, positive approach and how smoothly the process went when getting my teeth cleaned.
