Dentist is good. However they are not careful about sharing prices. Twice in the last few weeks I’ve had ‘miscommunications’ about pricing, costing hundreds more than I was told/my previous dentist. The reception team were totally unapologetic about this and about having to call me back in to pay again even though it was their error.
I have been a patient at this dental practice for over 50 years so I've seen a few surgeons! I have never had cause for complaint and will continue to visit even though I now have to travel a few miles to get there.
As a new patient trying to register with the practice the reception staff were incredibly rude on phone and email.
Lovely friendly practice, helpful staff and a clean environment.
