I had a great experience at this dental clinic and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The cyst removal took about 40 minutes, was not painful at all, and the recovery went exactly as smoothly as he explained before the procedure. My whole experience at Italdent Dental care yesterday 11.12.2025 was 100% excellent. Dora has always been so very kind and caring on the phone and she was the same at reception yesterday Kateryna with her nurse were just fabulous. Kathryna was 100% professional and efficient. I have found the dentist’s at ItalDent to be exceptional in their expertise and care and kindness. Dr Kat has been amazing with my complicated dental needs, always working for perfection in a dental caring and encouraging manner. Dr Lorenzo came in specially when Dr Kat was away and he treated my emergency before my hospital Orthopaedic unrelated surgery. Well what can I say about Dora !!! 5 stars isn’t high enough. For someone who’s had awful experiences with dentists and is terrified of needles, Italdent go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and their work is incredible. Absolutely zero pain, zero times I didn’t feel listened to and incredible advice and help with recovery even phoning the next day to check I was alright.
