I visited st andrews for my smear with Tamsin, who after really listening and hearing my concerns recommended I had the mirina coil fitted! I had heard all the horror stories about this and was very uneasy going to my appointment, however, Tamsin and her team were INCREDIBLE!!! Put me at ease instantly, the whole process was over very quickly with no pain and no complications at all. Thank you so much for treating me like a human and not just another patient. Excellent service 👏🏼

I’m a very nervous patient, especially for blood tests. Charlotte was so patient and kind to me. I felt incredibly reassured and not like a burden at all. She was very effective and answered all my questions. She’s a credit to the practice and I’m very grateful I was able to have her as my nurse!

Appalling surgery. Stopped my medication without notifying me and left me in pain for 8 weeks despite me chasing them constantly and them cancelling my appointments. Taken to ombudsman and won but no improvement. Today told after waiting a week for an appointment that there are no appointments. I explained that I had told them I was in pain when I originally called and this makes no difference. Been with them for nearly 40 years and so disappointed with the way the surgery has declined.

Absolutely appalling service, they just shove you around telling you to call this, call that, call us in the morning, then they tell you at 8am in the morning sorry everything is fully booked if I need to see a GP urgently, that is if they even answer the phone, and if they do they tell you to call another number or go to the hospital instead. The nurses inside just walk like headless chickens, completely unhelpful and couldn't care less. I wish I could opt out of paying for the NHS since it is a failed system just wasting my tax money and not working for me when I need it once In a few yea…
