I came here with a severe cough, severe back pain, and episodes of fainting the day before. I made a booking in the morning and arrived on time. When I finally saw the doctor, he told me to get a lollypop when I cough. That was the extent of the medical advice. ChatGPT is more helpful than the doctors at this clinic. A few days later, I went to the emergency department, where they discovered I had pneumonia. This clinic is completely useless and should not be operating with such low-quality medical staff and services. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Was due to have an 8 am appointment, got to 8:25 and I still hadn’t been seen was told just be a minute further 15 minutes later I go to the desk and ask what’s happening. This is a modern purpose built health centre . Accessible by bus and there is plenty of parking. I prefer to go to Essex House which is nearer but the CGH partnership do seem to be getting their act together after a few shaky years and finally recovering from the effects of the last labour government
