I've had the best experience at the dentist ever. I think we all find it a bit stressful and unpleasant but I must say that specifically this one visit with Dr Virdi has been the most pleasant, informative and smooth I've ever had. The doctor took his time to do a thourough check up and explained everything he saw and what he was doing every step. It was done in a very non-judgmental and empathetic manner. As a new patient, I was taken on as an NHS patient, I got a check up appointment straight away. I gave a 4* rating as my follow on appointment was cancelled on the day and I had to wait over a week for the re-booking. When I did arrive for my treatment I was very nervous but was treated with care and compassion by the Dentist and the nurse. They did an excellent job and I am very grateful.
Very professional and understanding staff from reception through to the dentist practitioner & assistants. Friendly & caring people, soon put me at ease. I have no hesitation in my follow up appointments.
Had to book an emergency appointment due to having a hole in my tooth. Booked in the next day, saw the dentist who was amazing and made me feel so comfortable straight away. Temp filling put in and an appointment booked for next week to get a proper one put in. Receptionists are lovely as well, make you feel at ease. 100% recommend this dentist.
