I recently had an appointment at West-country Dental Implant and I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience was with Dr. DJ and dental nurse Jay. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is not always the case when visiting the dentist. Dr. DJ took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the appointment, she was thorough yet gentle, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Amazing experience for my 4-year-old son. Dentist Yaman was excellent, and Janae the nurse was absolutely brilliant with him. She was so kind, patient, and reassuring, which made him feel completely comfortable. They both did a very good job and turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a really positive one. Highly recommend!
This dentist is great D.J is the best dentist i have ever had she is kind, attentive and understanding. Jay and D.J really complement each other giving the best care always. Im not extremely fond of going to the dentist but they definitely make the experience more enjoyable. The staff at the front desk are also very kind and helpful.
I’ve been with WestCountry dental for many years now and with DJ for the last few years. I’ve always found DJ excellent. She is very lovely and friendly, putting me at ease every time. Her and Jay make an excellent team and are very accommodating. DJ has just rebuilt a broken tooth for me using CEREC. The whole process was very efficient, painless. It was all down in just over an hour and I’m thrilled with the result. I have also previously seen Anshul for a crown to be removed and replaced with a CEREC.
