Brilliant service. Rang up as one of my fillings had fallen out. Got me an appointment same day an sorted it so no pain. Been using this dentist for years and always very happy. Receptionist always polite an helpful an dentist always explains what needs doing.

Joined this service not long after lockdown after just moving to the area. Thinking it would be helpful not attending unless I was in need of treatment at first after lockdown. When I eventually tried booking a check up I was told I’m no longer on the register because I’ve not been in 6 months. No one from the practice told me this when I first registered, no warnings I was going to be taken off the register and no prompting to make any appointments. Obviously looking for excuses to get rid of patients for what ever reason. Terrible service and lack of communication.

I've recently started going to this dentist out of necessity. I generally don't like dentists, doctors or anything like that. My partner insisted I started going to a dentist and my first visit was fine. Shortly after I unfortunately lost a crown so back I went again with great hesitation, there was no need. The crown treatment is very involved and probably going to be a nightmare with a bad dentist but I must have one of the very best. Set an appointment for root canal treatment for next 3 months later while it is painful. Any time ring them just says sorry we don’t have any cancellations and refer me to A and E or taking Antibiotics…still 2 months left and my tooth is getting worse ,painful and swollen. There are 5 Dr dentist there but nothing happened.it’s really strange….
