I have been a patient at Hayes Croft Dental Surgery for 40 years. The practice has changed hands. I have to say it is still a pleasure to attend the practice. A few months ago l had to have a tooth extracted. Dr Kenny did a fantastic job. You know what it's like, you expect the worst. Well, l had no pain during the extraction nor afterwards, even when the numbness wore off, l felt nothing. These guys offered me an emergency appointment immediately for a broken tooth. Easy to find with parking very close to the practice, reception staff were really helpful and friendly on the phone and also on arrival. The consultation was carried out within 10 minutes of arrival with speed and professionalism, i had an X-ray and options for treatments discussed with pricing included, really thorough and helpful when faced with dental issues. I had my first check up appointment at Hayes Croft yesterday. All the staff were lovely. Thank you Shannon for a warm friendly welcome. Thank you Surya for the thorough check up and for explaining everything so well. Finally, thank you to nurse Ewa for chatting with me while Surya checked my x ray with the senior dentist.

Went here Friday and today I was so scared and anxious as it had been such a long time since I saw I dentist. I had to have a tooth taken out. The staff were amazing from the start on reception really welcoming and caring. The nurses and dentist were amazing too did Thier very best to keep me calm and resurer me. The talked me through what was happening gave me all the information I needed afterwards. The Dentist doctor Kenny was absolutely brilliant.
