Re reviewed and another plan put in place. Thank you Drew for anticipating patient concerns first and planning accordingly. Alex Jones Dentist still carries his name even though he’s no longer there and all the promises he made to me with my implant at the front have also gone. It’s the wrong colour and shows up on a photo so I now won’t smile. When this became apparent a little time after my surgery Alex had already gone so I complained but nothing as it was very obvious that there was a dispute between Alex Jones and the practice and I didn’t want to get involved. So as of today I still won’t smile and nothing has been resolved, I spent 10 k and am extremely unhappy the only good thing is Drew he’s lovely . A…

Very knowledgable, caring, professional staff. All treatment is fully explained & you're given a treatment plan. No hidden costs it's all there on your treatment plan. All in very pleasant comfortable surroundings. Highly recommended

Not a fan of dentists but this was a different experience and a really pleasant one. Attentive, professional and friendly. Kept me fully informed before doing anything and great support through the process. Not as bad an experience as my earlier years had me thinking. In fact the complete opposite. Would recommend definitely
