I struggled for years with dentists, and I hated them. I didn’t have an NHS dentist and needed one, which is how I found Earby Dental Practice & Dr Amar. On my first appointment it was apparent that I had very bad teeth, and I explained that I didn’t like dental work to the point I avoided them for 8 years. Dr Amar was calm, professional and kind to me, and for the first time I could actually complete a treatment. The kindest dentist I’ve ever had, who actually listens to me. I’ve had almost every bit of dental work you can think of and I have healthier teeth, diet & hygiene thanks to him. …

After keeping away from a dentist for many years due to a fear of dentists, I finally plucked up the courage to contact the Earby practice. All the staff tried to make me feel at ease and Mr Amar was a very pleasant gentleman who was extremely patient and very understanding of my fear. He explained the work he was doing and was very professional.

Very courteous, and excellent care. I can't thank you all enough. Made me smile and feel very happy with the care I was given. Many thanks and would highly recommend.

Really helpful receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were extremely supportive with our young children who were a little wary. A very successful visit to the dentist!
