East Street Dental Practice

Honestly, what a fantastic dentist. I haven’t been to the dentists in a long time and the last one I went to almost months ago didn’t leave a pleasant taste in my mouth (pun intended). This dentist was welcoming, warm and treated me with respect. The receptionists were lovely, the dentist were both welcoming and talked me through everything with honest advice.

It was my first visit and it was so good. From reception to dentist every one was polite and helpful. Dentist was very professional and polite unfortunately I forgot her name. I am happy I chose this dental surgery.

I’m very disappointed with the way this practice handled my situation. Shortly after my appointment, I developed an infection that clearly started following the treatment. When I went back to let them know something was wrong, I expected at least a basic check or some concern for my wellbeing. Instead, I was told I would have to pay for another appointment just for them to look at the issue. When I questioned why I should be charged to assess a problem that began after their own treatment, I was told that if I didn’t want to book, I should “just call 111.” That response felt dismissive and…

I’m very anxious about dentist appointments and I must say I’m not the best patient and don’t always follow dental hygiene advice. So I often only attend when you guessed it I have a problem. But even then I’m never judged and always make to feel at ease. On my last visit dentist was professional and explained everything clearly to me and his assistant was also amazing and made me feel safe . And after receiving two fillings and some follow up advice I left feeling confident that they are a great dental practice and i have no complaints Thank you east street
