They cancel the appointment at the last minute and don't say why, then they're not available for the days closest to when they cancelled the appointment, plus it's quite expensive for the quality of service they provide.
The dentist Rachel Fitzimons is extremely knowledgeable on my fears and concerns visiting for treatment. Shes so gentle and very good with easing my anxiety.
I have paid this practice for the last 5 years to look after my teeth. I work outside the country and I elected to pay to be sure of getting good prompt appointments. The last filling I had done there fell out. I contacted the receptionist and explained I was due to go away again and told her what had happened. She said that my dentist didn't have any appointments until July. When I asked for another dentist she said they were all fully booked and that they had 30,000 patients on their books. As a result I wasn't seen and my tooth has now broken. I will be looking for another private dent…
Went recently for a six month inspection and treatment identified. Absolutely staggered when told it would be over six months, yes six, before treatment could be started. Hard to believe and could anyone think this acceptable?
