Highly recommended doesn't do Maelor Dental care justice. They are THE dental care practice to use. Fast booking, highly professional and informative, extremely clean, great pricing. Full range of services covered with my recent Molar tooth extraction executed flawlessly. The team make you feel like a closed friend whilst being clinically professional. Worth travelling longer distances for above others locally. Thankyou team.
I went for a routine check up and also a teeth clean by the marvellous Gilly. Normally, the clean requires me to have 4 injections but due to the calmness and the way in which Gilly approached the clean, I managed to go through the scale and polish with no numbing at all. There were plenty of breaks and check-ins but no pain at all. A really positive experience where the dentist really understood my anxieties and worked with me through them.
Just been to see the hygienist, and the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. The procedure was carried out in a very calm & caring way, with lots of explanation. I particularly appreciated the manual scale & polish, rather than the water method. Thoroughly happy patient!
Can't fault the expertise and people skills of the dental hygienist I saw today. Only thing I'd change is for the eye protector to be a tad darker as the overhead light was a bit fierce to be staring at for long. Otherwise excellent and as enjoyable an experience as any visit to the dentist can be.
