Went to Bupa for an emergency appointment and was lucky they could see me the same day. I had been in pain for 4 days with a wisdom tooth. The whole team were understanding and welcoming. The dentist Aislinn addressed the pain and I'm now pain free. Thank you all for your help! Would recommend!

Excellent professional service! Rachel is wonderful with my two children aged 2 and 4 and they were completely at ease with her. She has such a lovely manner and always explains everything well and offers advice. Long gone are the days when I dreaded going to the dentist! From the receptionist, dentist and dental assistants, they are all professional and friendly who offer the highest level of patient care. I couldn't recommend Bupa Dental Care Banbridge enough.
I have been visiting this dental practice for the past few years. When i 1st went here i was a nervous wreck. But i have to say a big thank you to Rachel who has made my dread of going to the dentist go away with great chat an friendly atmosphere i feel a lot more relaxed when getting my treatments done. All the staff are very friendly an happy to help especially Kate on reception.
