I had an urgent dental appointment with Dr Cosmin at Smiles. I needed two extractions done. I have to say, as a nervous woman, I never felt a thing! He was amazing. He explained everything beforehand and was very kind and caring. I registered with Cosmin after. I would highly recommend him!

Never had any problems, reception always very helpful and send out reminders and confirmation messages. Dentist for the past 7years is clearly very knowledgeable and has provided advice on teeth staining and has been exceptional with my kids who were nervous of their visits at first.

Completely unacceptable service. My appointment today at 10:00am was cancelled with a text sent only 29 minutes beforehand — despite the receptionist claiming it was sent last night, which I can prove is false. This is now the third time my appointment has been cancelled since it was first booked in September 2024. I was told the supervisor would call me to reschedule — of course, no call ever came. After almost a year of delays, cancellations, and broken promises, it’s clear this practice has no respect for its patients’ time or needs. I would strongly advise avoiding them altogether.
