I was looking for a private consultation for implants. Money for the consultation taken on a day of booking, nobody mentioned they didn't have a scan to do full panoramic imaging...at the end of the consultation a doctor said I need to do a scan in different places. Total waste of £50 consultation fee with no results. No refund when I asked for it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Never will recommend a place.
Fantastic experience. I had my first appt today to repair a chipped tooth. The dentist was awesome and the repair is perfect. Very efficient and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Very pleasant staff relaxing grandkids prior to treatment met the dentist very nice chap wish it was like this when I was young 😀
So after being put on a waiting list for 6 months, I received a phone call for me to register only to be told I had missed an appointment 4 years ago so they wouldn't take me on. When I questioned this I was met with condescending receptionist and also the same by the practice manager, who accused me of shouting ,(which I wasn't) and was rude by cutting me off then hanging up. Honestly it makes you feel like you are begging to be seen and looked down on as an NHS patient. Very sad
