Amazing dentist. Highly recommend to everyone. A great place to go for the nastie teeth issues. I have a phobia about dentists but here you're made to feel calm and relaxed. I dont have my panic attacks now before my appointment. Best place for dentist issues.

I have been with Smileshines Willows for many years. They have really looked after me and my children very well. Julie always accommodate appointments to suit me and even fit us in if there is an emergency. The dentists we have had have all been very professional and I've never had a bad experience to date. I recently had a new member to our family and again they accommodated her fast for her first ever dental appointment and made the experience remarkable. Always great service at Smileshines the Willows. Always greeted by reception with a smile and once you've been registered for a while the ladies tend to go above and beyond learning names etc and this really gives it a personal feel and makes it a warm environment that you look forward to visiting. Important to note, from our experience their dentists are fantastic with children/young people with ASC, really patient and willing to go at their pace which is brilliant when it comes to my PDA and sensory hypersensitive teen. Quite the rudest and most unhelpful receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. The dentists could be fantastic but I would never go back to them because of her attitude. She was blunt, obstructive and unprofessional. I hope someone from within the practice pulls her up on her behaviour because no one with a patient-facing role should speak to another human like that.
