Dr Chappelow is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I usually find dental visits quite anxiety inducing, but from the moment I sat in the chair he made me feel completely at ease. He explains everything clearly as he goes, which really helps settle any nerves, and his calm, reassuring manner makes a huge difference. He works really efficiently without ever making you feel rushed, and this was honestly the most comfortable and pain free dental experience I’ve had. Amazing and friendly practice. My daughter isn't registered with them but they got her in the same day I rang for an emergency appointment. (It was prviate) but I price wasn't to bad at all. She had fiona do her treatment. She made lacie feel at ease abd we had lots of laughs too! Thank you guys! P.s lacie did infact con a jellycat out of me after 🤣🤣
Had my first appointment with Fiona today after needing a practice in an area where I will be spending more time. She was great, welcoming and explained a lot as if it was the first time someone had ever been to a dentist - this was extremely good and I imagine does well to put people at ease who are scared of coming to the dentist. I was impressed at her level of explanation, friendliness and approach to personal care.
I visited today with toothache. I’m not registered however was able to get an emergency appointment that day with Dr Parth Patel. I’m an extremely nervous patient and he was brilliant. I had a tooth exaction and felt no pain at all. They used numbing gel so also hardly felt the injections. He explained everything he was doing which really put me at ease. I would highly recommend especially for nervous patients!
