Weve been coming here for a couple years now for my daughters braces and the staff have always been nothing but kind. The environment is always very clean and the staff know their stuff and are very efficient. There are shortages nationwide for NHS orthodontists and we are patiently waiting for our next appointment. These shortages are not the staffs fault and they are doing all they can in the current situation. Never gave any appointments, was told they would schedule appointments and they gave an appointment every ~4 months when it should have been every 6 weeks. When I was given brace repairs and maintenance they would break within the day from poor installation. Was only allowed to book my own appointments if it was an emergency (All of my braces not working does not count) and only if I was in pain would they give an appointment. Peter, the receptionist went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring the records showed my chosen name, and that staff were aware They were warm professional and extremely thorough both before and after the appointment. Terrible trying to get an appointment. Braces were due to be removed December 2024. Unable to get an appointment, we have now moved to a different neo orthodontics and no information was passed. Unfortunately I wasnt made aware it was under the same Dentist. Having the same issues. My daughter is so upset. These braces have been on far far to long.
