I have been a patient at Dr. Jaimini Mehta's practice for over two years now. When I arrived, my condition was terrible because it took me too long to decide, as I am hypersensitive. I have been referred to do a slightly complicated RCT. The dentist did not explain the treatment process in details. I did not know what is next. She seemed stressed and rushed and did not like me asking questions. I ask specific question if the crown at the end will be fitted here or not, and ignored my question for me to find out at the end it will not be done. When doing x rays and I asked to adjust the plate as it was painful, she was not happy and telling me she can not do the job if I don’t tolerate. I give 4,5 from 5 stars. This is a life changing dental practice. Dr. Bobby is amazing. His work and his advices changed my life. Since I met him it is much better with my gums. He teached me how to clean my teeth properly (it is never too late, even if you are 40 y.o.) and since then I didn't see a single drop of blood in the sink like before. The only thing that I can not give full 5 stars is the price. If you are reading these reviews, it is likely that you are needing specialist dental care. If you are in two minds, don’t be. I was referred to see Bobby and the care, attention, explanation and compassion is second to none. I have a serious phobia of the dentist and I was put at ease, made to feel comfortable and most importantly received the treatment I needed….all without anxiety. The staff and team are all so welcoming.
