Postive experience. Had a check up and needed a filling. The wonderful reception staff were incredibly obliging and gave me an appointment the following day. The dentist (Dr Raza) and the dental nurse were great, and put me at ease - very professional, friendly, and attentive. I cannot fault the service at all. I was very impressed.

Unacceptable treatment of a long-standing patient. I have been a patient at TLC4Smiles since the practice opened — 16 years of continuous loyalty. That loyalty counted for absolutely nothing today. I arrived late for my appointment this morning — just under an hour. While I fully accept that this is not ideal, what followed was disproportionate and frankly astonishing. I was deregistered immediately, without discussion, without warning, and without a single question being asked. No attempt at resolution. No consideration of my long history with the practice. Pain ! Had a checkup and scale , dreadful experience ! Maybe NHS patients get worse treatment ? But the dentist just ignored that she was hurting me , didnt seem to care . Will not ever go again......
