I’ve had an extremely positive experience from start to finish at Armagh orthodontist. Dentists Jane and Kate and the entire team are very professional and perfectionists at what they do. From receptionists to dental staff, everyone always made me feel welcome and nothing was ever a problem -for example if i needed to reschedule an appointment. My time at this orthodontic clinic was nothing short of disappointing. From the beginning, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. Basic courtesy like greeting patients, answering questions politely, or even making eye contact seemed like too much to ask. I’ve been really disappointed with this orthodontic clinic. The atmosphere always felt cold, and the aftercare was basically nonexistent. After spending thousands of pounds—almost £4,000—I expected much better. What really annoyed me was being charged £40 for being 10 minutes late. I understand lateness is inconvenient, but after paying thousands into my treatment, I would’ve expected a bit of understanding. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
