Joan Mangan & Associates Dental Practice

David Beattie is my dentist and I have no complaints at all. He is a very pleasant person and so are the assistants and receptionists.

Both the receptionist and dentist, Helen, are helpful and kind. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I need it. Recently I had a dental emergency and I feel Helen went out of her way to help me.

I originally had a split tooth at the tale end of last year. They put a temp filling in knowing that the tooth needed to be crowned- that’s what I was told by them before COVID. A couple weeks after that the whole tooth fell out. They seen me again and put a temporary crown in then made me another appointment for 4th June to put a permanent crown in. Then it got rescheduled to 10th June and rescheduled again to 4th July. Rang multiple times to get speaking to someone about it but no answer. Is there anyone else who has had problems about scheduling appointments or not picking up the phone?

Staff are friendly and helpful. My kids love David as he puts them at ease and makes visiting the dentist less scary. I go to Joan and again she provides great service and treatment. No hesitation in recommending them at all.
