Lovely friendly reception staff. Dentist was also so friendly and very upbeat and appeared so happy at her job. Took time to explain plan of action and was very thorough. Explained what would happen next and discussed cost of treatment. I came out with a smile on my face 😁
Due to illness I hadn't been to the dentist for nearly 2 years and was dreading it. However I felt thoroughly looked after, listened to and cared for. Jayne (dentist) was amazing and Carly (hygienist) also great. Great tips for helping me keep my teeth and gums healthy. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful and the whole premises is immaculate. Overall experience was excellent. Feeling way better about dentist again 😁
Had my first new patient appointment today with Jane. Very lovely, well informed and we made a plan on how to resolve my issues going forward. The practise is clean, very nicely decorated and set out. Would highly recommend this practise for any dental appointments. The payment plan is very reasonable and fits exactly what I needed.
The team really put you at ease and make what can be an uncomfortable procedure very easy indeed. Nothing is to much trouble for them as they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable the entire time you are there.
