Went too see a certain female doctor, she made me feel very uncomfortable barely spoke to me, she rushed through the first problem then when i mentioned the pain im having thats stopping me from walking dressing myself going too the toilet myself, she completely ignored my problems and told me theres nothing she can do, she was in a rush too go home she even turned her computers off and was just waiting too leave, im 5 months pregnant i was extremely upset after the appointment, i feel sorry for anyone who has that doctor she did not care one bit. Moved here from Margaret St surgery over 10 years ago before the culture there was awful, unfortunately since covid the same problems and more have developed here. The system does not serve patients, it seeks to keep patients away from the surgery as much as possible. And , makes me and my family put off seeking help for as long as possible and dread it when we have to. When you finally get to see a doctor if you are lucky you may get one of the good ones, but getting to that point involves a wall of technology and/or often dismissive and officious receptionists. Took 3 calls to get through to reception Receptionist was unhelpful, rushed the call and only provided answer that she knew the answer when asked despite identifying myself at the start at the call as a support worker on behalf of a service user who does not have a the ability to complete registration alone. Very poor, 5 minute call could have been completed in under 1 if effective listening was implemented by receptionist and she did not start call by being defensive and abrasive despite call being identified as admin questions and support. Im recently new to the surgery but I felt very uncomfortable with a certain female doctor. Made me feel like I shouldn't be there, didn't feel comfortable at all discussing my problems
