My wife visited Hale Bowdon Dental Practice last Wednesday for an emergency procedure. We feel completely misled and very disappointed with the experience. She was advised to have a root canal, but no antibiotics were prescribed at the time. Within just two days, the pain worsened significantly and the infection spread so badly that she had to have the tooth extracted. The charges were also very unclear and misleading. Initially, we were told the total cost would be £595 for the root canal and crown. Instead, we were charged £150 + £445 (£595) on the first day just for the cleaning itself…

Very welcoming and accommodating dentist. As an extremely nervous and anxious patient the worry of going to the dentist is awful, but I can safely the treatment from the staff was simply outstanding. Sara and Aleena were very understanding and supportive from the moment I stepped through the door until we left. Can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease, listening to my issues and helping me through my visit. Would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone who may be nervous/anxious about stepping foot into a dentist. Thank you again.

Long wait times, poor communication, and unexpected charges. I would not recommend this dental office.
