Visited today for GP blood tests; every member of staff I encountered was helpful & friendly! The phlebotomy suite was new-looking & sparkly clean…the lovely phlebotomist put me at ease immediately - and the whole experience was actually perfectly pleasant. In & out in minutes, no long queues…

Always lovely punctual friendly ladies that do the blood tests. 10/10 would always prefer to come here rather than anywhere else. Great service.

shocking service my daughter who is visually impaired and was referred to health and well-being centre to have a tooth out as they suffer with anxiety we have waited nearly 1 year for referral finally received letter to make appointment to be told an appointment was already made and we have missed it and been discharged? sorry what the letter clearly states i have 14 days to book . my daughter has now been discharged because apparently the letter i received was a appointment? shocking service

I can not fault the care & attention I received today at this centre. The receptionist & all staff are wonderful so welcoming & pleasant. I had a procedure that was carried out quickly & efficiently, after Dr Ogden asked the sister if it could be done today instead of me having to wait a few weeks & she agreed which was amazing. Thank you so much xx
