As a nervous patient I can’t praise this practice enough. From the first phone call enquiring if I could be a patient, to my first appointment all the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The reception team are lovely and welcoming. My appointment ran on time and the dentist explained treatment options clearly and patiently, and gave excellent advice. I’m very glad I was able to become a patient here.
I had a great experience at the Altrincham dental practice during my hygienist appointment. Schola, Helen and Pamela welcomed me warmly as soon as I arrived, which made me feel really comfortable. Lauren was my hygienist and she was fantastic. She took her time to explain everything clearly, ensured I was okay throughout, answered all my questions, and gave helpful recommendations. She also advised me to come back for a further check-up. Paula, the dental nurse, was also wonderful and made me feel really comfortable. Overall, a very professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!
I am new to the area and just had my first appointment at the practice a couple of days ago. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone I met was friendly and professional. I saw Dr Ahmed for my consultation and he was very thorough, put me at ease, and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommended!
Great experience at the practice. The consultation was very thorough and my dentist Ahmad Alkhaddar took time to make sure I had no worries or questions going forward. An x-ray and clean were done as part of the appointment which meant I left with a proper check-up and had guidance on what to do before my next check-up.
