Hartog at Alresford

I had a very unhappy experience with the alresford branch in 2023. I literally had one appointment with Olivia who has now left . Strangely. And she done a filling which has resulted in the last 2 years being in pain I can visibly see the nerve in my face which has been damaged and a constant infection in my face . Subsequently I had to have that tooth removed in 2024 and the tooth next to it because of this . I was fobbed off for months on end by the reception staff and the dentist actually blaming me . Hadn't been to a dentist or hygienist for about 8 years, barely ever brush my teeth (gross), drink copious amount of energy drink and smoke about 40 cigarettes a day. After seeing the dentist I was amazed I didn't need any fillings. Seeing as I'm trying to care about myself again, I went to the hygienist today and my teeth turned from a horribly stained vivid yellow to basically white, even removing some brace cement from over 12 years ago, ontop of that Jo and Zoe were truly lovely.
