Brilliant service all round and so easy from start to finish. Highly professional, caring and considerate, there wasn't a single point of contention on the journey from first booking, through consultation and checkup to the main service. Everyone was very polite and friendly, making me feel like I was being looked after with no rush and all my questions answered. Great service from the team. Had to have a tooth out (which I’d been putting off for ages), followed by a filling and then hygienist on 3rd visit. Always made to feel comfortable and told what was going on at each step.
Castle Care Dental, Alnwick Professional, caring, and so attentive it almost makes you wish for a filling just to see them in action. Thankfully, my teeth have behaved so far, but if they show this much care when it’s plain sailing, I’m confident they’d be brilliant in stormy seas. Friendly team, easy to recommend.
I was advised to buy an electric toothbrush by the hygienist and she gave me an Oral B discount card..A lady by the name of Leanne took time out to show me how to activate the card.She was brilliant.Patient ,diligent and friendly and sorted everything out for me.Great Service.Thank you
