Been with ADC for just over 12 months as a private patient. My dentist is Dr Abe, she always seen me as quick as possible in an emergency, The surgery has been steadily been updated, the staff all round are very friendly. Glad we chose them

Another good experience at Alford Dental today, as always friendly and helpful staff and a really good service and advice from the returning dentist Roberto. Lucky to still have NHS dentist in town, they’re almost as rare as hens teeth!

I was very let down by the practice and team, I had been with them for 3 years and everything had been adequate up to that point. They don't return calls if you leave a message and treat you like a number, get you in and out as quickly as possible, even if there's no one else waiting! Never been called back and have now left! Never to return.

The whole team are brilliant... They're really friendly and helpful. I've had an op recently and they have managed my aftercare perfectly. You wouldn't know who was the dentist, nurse or receptionist as they're a perfect example of team work. Each of them just as professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your visit was pleasant and memorable... For all the right reasons. Since my op I must of rang 20 times for help and advice and none of them was phases not did they tell me to do one. 🤣 Just genuinely happy to assist all of the patients. First dentist I've enjoyed…
