Gem, the patient care coordinator, has been really helpful and supportive throughout, and Shyam has taken the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which has really helped put me at ease with my implant treatment. I went to Alderley Edge Dental today for an Invisalign consultation and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the warm, friendly greeting at reception right through to leaving, everything was fantastic. I felt completely at ease the whole time and there was absolutely no pressure to sign up to anything. Having lost faith in my existing local dentist over an infected tooth. I called Alderley Edge Dentist on 21st Jan, I got an appointment that afternoon and was seen by Ritu & Lucy. Ritu asked me several questions about the problem. She then went on to describe in detail what needed to be done offering me reassurance all the time.
