Soo expensive £49.00 for a 5min emergency appointment, even though I was an existing customer and the Dentist was free and it was during there standard opening hours. No treatment was given. I feel like I had to pay and there was no choice, why does it have to be so expensive.
As a patient who suffers from "Dentist stress" I always find that at Unique Smiles Dental Surgery in Alcester I am put at ease . The team here are very friendly and the atmosphere is calming . I have never had a bad experience here and would happily recommend them to every potential patient.
I always find all the staff at Unique Smiles efficient, professional and friendly. I am not keen on visiting the dentist, I do not believe many people are, but you all make me feel at ease, which makes it a much better experience. Thank you all.
Very friendly !! Very good dentistry always ready to help .Bav is amazing at extractions he got my wisdom tooth out in no time and with very little pain. Best dental practice I've been too !!!
