As always polite and friendly welcome at reception , confirmed my details and any changes since my last visit. A very short time in the waiting room followed by a thorough check by the dentist, a few suggestions to help and protect against any possible problems in the future. A final polish and unless I experience any problems , when I could ring and be seen as soon as possible, i will not be back for 6 months Appointment made, confirmed by text and in my diary
Alpha Dental Care, Bedale, were amazing. I made an emergency appointment in the morning and had my tooth extracted at 12.30 the same day! Rob was brilliant, efficient and very professional. He spent time making me feel relaxed and at ease while the local anaesthetic took effect. He answered all my concerns. I can't thank the team enough for their skill and good advice. Highly recommended.
Always a great service. If you ring or call in the People on the reception area are always welcoming and happy to sort anything out. Rob my dentist is excellent, I know I’m In Very safe hands and he offers lots of advice to all my questions 10/10

Why change something that from a patients point of view is not br…
