It was the second time I went to this dental practice today. I can't fault them, the receptionist is so welcoming, professional and very helpful, thank you. The treatment I received by the Dentist and her assistant was amazing. Great team work excellent caring treatment, very professional. I am so pleased my neighbour referred me to premier dental practice. Thank you

I cannot comment on the dental services, as I did not receive any treatment at this practice; however, the customer service is unbelievably poor. I recently registered with Premier Dental Care and booked my first appointment. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about it and drove straight home after work. I received no reminder or notification on the day — no call or text to confirm my attendance — only a message sent after my appointment time informing me that they would not offer me any further appointments and advising me to call 111 or arrange dental treatment elsewhere due to poor timek…

I went to the dentist today for my child. I had an appointment at 1600. I was worried about the parking as it was only free for 30 mins. I reached around 3:50 pm. They were very quick and thorough with their consultation. By 4 on I was out of the clinic. They also gave me a follow up appointment date. The receptionist as well as the dentist was very professional.

Great dentist! haven't been to dentist in years and only used to go when the pain was too much as I don't like needles much but decided to go to get my teeth sorted including broken front teeth before future pain appeared again! Farnaz and her assistant are great, made me feel comfortable at all times and no judgement, great advice that I took. I will continue to visit this dentist as it's easily one of the best I've been to in my lifetime, also I wouldn't leave the receptionist Abby out very polite at all times.
