I was with a different dentist before someone recommended me to Park House dental. I was added as a patient straight away when i called and given an appointment. My first initial appointment went well and we booked in all the appointments to have the treatment I needed. For the past 5 years I've not been able to smile confidently. Always hiding one side of my face due to terrible teeth and always self conscious about talking, eating or even going out. I would sit at certain sides of people so the couldn't see my bad teeth. The dentist, Navid Tahir, went above and beyond for me. He made me f…
Incredibly awful. The dental staff they have there are pretty much students who have no clue. I had an impacted wisdom tooth, paid around £40 for a checkup and this tooth had to be removed but the 20 or so year old dental staff did a 20 second check on it and said it needs to be removed but I’m too scared to take it out as it may affect a nerve and we don’t want to be liable. I paid £40 for a 20 year old to do a 20 second check up and tell me this nonsense. My 2 year old niece could’ve touched my tooth with a Lego set and told me the same for 5p. This was horrible. Waste of money. No refun…
Thought the lass who spoke to me on reception was rather rude. I couldn’t book another appointment because I couldn’t place a deposit and she looked at me like shit to be quite truthful . This is After threatening me over the phone with bailiffs a few month’s prior because I missed a check up which I rang in advance to cancel as I’d lost my job. So I payed the charge this morning and the charge for an examination even though I asked for a tooth extraction. Be changing dentist 100%

They said but still its an missed appointment so they charged me total £58 after examination doctor didn’t charged me because it was just a review , and then receptionist told me doctor didnot charged you but your missed appointment payment is £50 , so we will refund you £8 ! They just penalised me , and they di…
