10/10 service as always from Andrew. Been going to him for years and will never see another dentist. Very professional and kind and patient and will explain everything in as much detail as you need. The receptionist Karen is always on top of the game, knowing all patients names, very welcoming and an extremely kind person. Forever grateful that I have such a wonderful team to go to when I need help with my teeth
We always get very good treatment at Abertillery Dental. It is well organised and Andrew listens carefully to what is said and gives good advice. We are happy to come to this practice.
Both Dental Hygienist and nurse professional and friendly. Discussed and fully explained the procedures she was undertaking at each stage. Gave good advice and demonstrated the best way to floss teeth which was very helpful to me. Overall an excellent and worthwhile service.
Preferred it as it used to be. Tried ringing for an appointment and after 15 minutes decided to hang up and email. Was contacted first thing next morning by the receptionist at the practice and appointment arranged within seconds. It was far easier and much more patient friendly with the system that was. The actual appointment with the dentist Jac was fine though and very thorough and efficient. Marked down because of the process of booking
