BUPA Dental Care Smiles Better Abergavenny

Having not had a family dentist since the Crickhowell pratise closed last year, I made it a priority to find us all a dentist in the new year. On recomendation from a friend, I rang Smiles Better and got initial appointments for my son and daughter in law , myself and my husband. We were booked in with Krista, a new dentist to the practise. I see someone else has commented on the unprofessional and unethical practises at this surgery. I have been a patient at this surgery for probably 15 years, Dr Martin Kenyon was my dentist up until COVID when he decided to retire, he had always been an amazing dentist and I trusted his professional judgment. I can’t recommend Krista enough. I came in extremely anxious, and she was so patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. Thanks to Krista, I’ve finally overcome my fear of the dentist.
