I was very nervous of visiting a dentist following a previous bad experience many years ago. Since I joined Dental Health Stop as a patient a few years ago, the care, patience and professionalism always shown to me as a nervous patient means I am now able to dental appointments without fear. The practice terminated my mother’s service with zero prior warning, leaving a patient without care. When we challenged this, the administrative failures only got worse. ​The reception staff provide conflicting information and have placed unnecessary barriers in the way of the complaints process.
